VERMICELLI KHEER / PAYASAM

Ingredients:

200 g Bambino Vermicelli
50 g ghee / vanaspathi
6 nos elaichi
150 g sugar
1 lt milk
25 g dry fruits
few threads of saffron
Method :

Fry Bambino Vermicelli in ghee till golden brown. Add boiled milk and cook on a low flame till done. Add sugar and elaichi powder. Serve sprinkled with dry fruits.
