VERMICELLI LIME BHATH

Ingredients:

200 g Bambino Vermicelli
2 Limes
4-5 Green chillies
1 Bunch curry leaves
2-3 Red chillies
50 g Groundnuts
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
pinch of asafoetida
50 ml oil
palt to taste
Method :

Biol water. (For 1 cup Bambino Vermicelli, add 3 cups water). Add Bambino Vermicelli, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil. After vermicelli is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it. Keep aside. Heat the oil and add the red chillies, groundnuts, jeera, mustard seeds, Bengal gram dal, urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, asefoetida, salt and fry well. Remove form flame and add to boiled bambino Vermicelli, squeeze lime and mix well.
