MACARONI WITH KEEMA

Ingredients:

200 g Bambino Macaroni
250 g mince meat
100 g onions
2 bunches mint leaves
2 bunches coriander leaves
250 g tomatoes
2 Nos hard boiled eggs
75 ml oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp kush kush
Method :

Boil water ( for 1 cup Bambino Macaroni , add 5 cups water). Add Bambino Macaroni, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil. After Macaroni is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it. Keep aside. Clean meat and squeeze dry. Heat oil in pressure cooker and fry the onions, ginger garlic paste and kush kush paste. Add tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes. Add mint, coriander leaves and heat. Add salt and 1 cup water. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Release pressure and simmer till thick. Add chopped eggs. Add boiled macaroni. Keep covered on a low flame for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
