Ingredients:
200 g Bambino Macaroni 200 g onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 bunch coriander leaves 4 green chillies 4 eggs 4 tbsp Oil Salt to taste. | |

Method :
Boil water ( For 1 cup macaroni, 5 cups water). Add Bambino Macaroni, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil. After Macaroni is cooked remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it and keep aside. Cut onions. Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown. Continue frying and add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, fry till oil seperates then add 1/4 cup water and boiled Bambino Macaroni. Cover and cook till water gets absorbed. Beat eggs and add to the curry, stir well, sprinkle little water and garnish with coriander and green chillies. Serve hot. | |
