Spaghetti with Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:

250 g Bambino Spaghetti
150 g (cut into cubes) chicken
1 tbsp (boiled & mashed) curry (potato & carrot) paste
2 nos (chopped) onions
1 tbsp (finely chopped) fresh ginger
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 nos (peeled & chopped) tomatoes
1 bunch (chopped) mint leaves
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method :

Dissolve 25 g table salt in 2 1/2 litre water. Bring to boil and add a few drops of cooking oil. Gradually immerse 250 g Bambino Spaghetti into the boiling water and continue to cook for 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked pasta, rinse in fresh cold water and keep it aside. Heat oil in a large pan, add onion, ginger, curry paste, garam masala, cardamom and salt. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add chicken, stirring constantly until it is well-coated with spice mixture, lemon juice and tomatoes and cook over low flame for 30 minutes. Place Bambino Spaghetti on serving plate, spoon chicken over spaghetti. Garnish with mint and serve.
