Spaghetti with Vegetables & Paneer

Ingredients:

250 g Bambino Spaghetti
250 g (cut & boiled) cauliflower
3 nos (thin slices) capsicum
50 g (cubes) paneer
100 g (small pieces) onions
6-8 nos (long pieces) green chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera
3 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt taste.
Method :

Dissolve 25 g table salt in 2 1/2 litre water. Bring to boil and add a few drops of cooking oil. Gradually immerse 250 g Bambino Spaghetti into the boiling water and continue to cook for 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked Pasta, rinse in fresh cold water and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan, fry jeera, onion till golden brown. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and stir well. Add cauliflower, capsicum, paneer pieces, mix well and keep it on low flame for 5 minutes. Lastly, add boiled Bambino Spaghetti and remove from flame and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
