Penne with Chicken

Ingredients:

250 g Bambino Penne
200 g chicken (boneless)
2" piece ginger
2 bunches coriander leaves
3 tbsp oil
100 ml cream
3/4 tbsp red chilli powder
1 big size onion (chopped)
8 nos garlic cloves
25 g butter (optional)
3 tbsp tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste
Method :

Dissolve 25 g table salt in 2 1/2 lt water. Bring to boil and add a few drops of cooking oil. Gradually immerse 250 g Bambino Penne into the boiling water and continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked pasta, rinse in fresh cold water and keep it aside.Puree all the ingredients except Chicken, Ginger and Garlic to a fine paste. Saute onions, garlic in oil and add the paste and tomato puree. Saute till oil leaves the sides of the mixture and add chilli powder, salt and pepper powder. Add chicken cubes, and saute. Add cream. After the required consistency is achieved, add the boiled Bambino Penne. Serve hot.
