VERMICELLI VEGETABLE BHATH

Ingredients:

200 g Bambino Vermicelli
8 green chillies
1 carrot meduim size
few beans
few peas
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
capsicum (optional)
Method :

Boil water (for 1 cup Bambino vermicelli, add 3 cups water). Add Bambino Vermicelli, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt. After vermicelli is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it. Keep aside. Add oil in a frying pan. After oil is heated add chopped vegetables, chillies and salt. When vegetables are properly fried add cooked Bambino Vermicelli and mix well. Serve hot with kurma.
