VERMICELLI COCONUT BHATH

Ingredients:

200 g Bambino Vermicelli
1/2 medium sized coconut grated
2 tsp oil
1 tsp bengal gram dal
1 tsp green gram dal
1 tsp urad dal
2 red chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
6 to 8 green chillies
curry leaves
2 lime
25 g groundnuts
salt to taste
Method :

Boil water, (For 1 cup of Bambino Vermicelli, add 3 cups water) add Bambino Vermicelli, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt. After vermicelli is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it. Keep aside. Heat oil, add mustard, red chillies and all the dals and fry till golden brown. Then add grated coconut and fry well. Remove from fire and mix with pre-cooked and cooled Bambino Vermicelli. Squeeze lime on the top, mix well and serve.
